Representative Eastman, citing Uniform Rule 48(d), moved and asked                                                              
unanimous consent that the following resolution be discharged from

    HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 34                                                                                               
    Proposing amendments to the Constitution of the State of Alaska                                                             
    relating to the Alaska permanent fund, establishing the earnings                                                            
     reserve account, and relating to the permanent fund dividend.
